A belt may look simple on the shelf, but packaging it properly requires control over two very different materials: a flexible strap and a solid metal buckle. Custom rigid belt boxes from Packaging Leaders can be designed around both. The belt can sit in a carefully sized circular or rectangular presentation area that keeps the coil neat without forcing the leather into an unnecessarily tight shape. Beside it, a dedicated buckle recess can help prevent heavy hardware from shifting, rubbing against the strap or disturbing the presentation. Build the interior with EVA foam, paperboard platforms, velvet-wrapped inserts, molded supports or ribbon restraints. For premium gift sets, additional spaces can be created for interchangeable buckles, care cards, dust bags, wallets or other accessories. The outer presentation can be equally tailored. Choose a magnetic hinged box for gifting, a drawer box for a dramatic reveal, a two-piece rigid box for classic retail presentation or a sleeve structure for a streamlined fashion look. Finish the packaging with foil logos, blind embossing, debossing, Spot UV, textured papers or soft-touch surfaces that complement leather and fashion accessories. Cut Line (Black Lines):

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Green Lines):

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.

Crease Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Once you’re happy with your template’s design, our team will prepare a 2D and 3D rendering of your packaging for a final review. This stage is your last opportunity to proofread the text on the box or check for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors before mass production, make sure to double check!
