Custom empty paper flip top cigarette boxes from Packaging Leaders are supplied as unfilled packaging components, ready to be produced around your required dimensions, paper stock and artwork. The familiar opening mechanism is created through three connected structural elements: the main paperboard body, an internal collar and a rear-hinged lid. Precise scoring allows the top to pivot cleanly, while accurate collar dimensions help the lid return to its closed position with proper alignment. Choose SBS, coated cardstock, kraft or another suitable paperboard according to the required stiffness and print appearance. Boxes can be supplied plain or customized with CMYK and Pantone artwork, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, Spot UV, matte lamination or gloss finishing. Packaging Leaders can tailor the dieline around the required pack dimensions while planning appropriate areas for logos, barcodes and other product information. Where tobacco products are intended to be packed later, final artwork should also account for warning and labeling requirements applicable to the destination market. From the hinge score to the collar height, every structural detail can be developed before filling begins—giving manufacturers a cleaner starting point for finished cigarette packaging.

Cut Line (Black Lines):

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Green Lines):

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.

Crease Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.
